Amicable dispute resolution: In the event of difficulties in the execution and/or interpretation of these Terms and/or in the event of a dispute related to the execution of a sales mandate, and prior to any legal action, the User agrees to approach VÉRITABLE IMMOBILIER to amicably resolve the dispute between them.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, VÉRITABLE IMMOBILIER provides consumers with the services of the Medimmoconso Association.

In accordance with Article L 611-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that they have the option to contact a consumer mediator under the conditions provided for in Articles L 611-1 and following of the Consumer Code, whose administrative coordinates are :

Judicial resolution of disputes : In the absence of an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is given to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Annecy, notwithstanding a plurality of defendants and/or a counterclaim, to hear any dispute related to the use of the site and/or the validity, execution, and interpretation of these Terms.
