Judicial resolution of disputes : In the absence of an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is given to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Annecy, notwithstanding a plurality of defendants and/or a counterclaim, to hear any dispute related to the use of the site and/or the validity, execution, and interpretation of these Terms.
