Our Fees

Fee schedule applicable from 1 October 2026:

Real estate transactions:

• Sale mandates:

The fees are payable by the seller and include 20% VAT.

In the exceptional case of estate/inheritance sales, the fees may be payable by the buyer.

In case of delegation of mandate, the fee schedule of the agency holding the mandate will apply. 

Up to €100,000: 10% incl. VAT.

From €100,001 to €1,000,000: 6% incl. VAT.

€1,000,001 and above: 5% incl. VAT.

• Search mandates:

The fees are payable by the buyer and include 20% VAT.

6.25% VAT included.

New developments :  

Defined by the developer according to the lots and their current price lists and are therefore variable.

Real estate appraisals : 

On estimate.
