Our Fees

Fee schedule applicable as of july 1, 2025:

Real estate transactions:

The fees are payable by the seller and include 20% VAT.

In case of delegation of mandate, the fee schedule of the agency holding the mandate will apply. 

Up to €100 000: 10% VAT included.

100 001 € and up: 5% VAT included.

The fees are payable by the buyer and include 20% VAT.

5.25% VAT included.

New developments :  

Defined by the developer according to the lots and their current price lists and are therefore variable.

Real estate appraisals : 

On estimate.
